You know what makes a great brunch even better? If everyone at the table just splits a big plate of pancakes. Eating a whole plate of pancakes as your own breakfast is something eight-year-olds do. But battling your boyfriend for the most buttery-syrupy forkful of side order pancakes? That’s brilliant at any age.
